 Motto

I’ve learned that (for everyone) life is a journey and is not always a straight path as it sometimes turns, goes uphill, downhill, or turns corners. And, (for some) it spirals. A good Life Coach or Therapist can support you and help you prepare for the bumps on the road, with a ‘seat belt,’ coaching, or counseling can help to support you.

And then, there are the ‘seasons.’ Like the weather,   “Seasons of Life” bring change.  Sometimes the changes are extreme. But,  “seasons” come and go and so, being prepared can help you in enjoying the best or managing the worst of a season.

Which is right for you, Coaching or Psychotherapy?

Which is right for you, Life Coaching or Psychotherapy?

LIFE COACHING: This is a modality mostly used for individuals who will benefit from purpose-driven, detail-oriented, goal-directed, and supportive partnerships to work on dealing with life events, goals, and objectives.

PSYCHOTHERAPY: There are unique benefits to psychotherapy. However, psychotherapy involves more intense work. I often use an approach called cognitive-behavioral therapy or CBT. It is a way to help people with a broad variety of mental or emotional difficulties. Psychotherapy can help mitigate, eliminate or control troubling symptoms associated with mental health disorders so that a person can function better and can increase their sense of well-being and healing.
